BB4Win - BlackBox for Windows.  Port of *nix based BlackBox X Window Manager.
BlueBox - A FluxBox like branch of BB4Win.  Based on .exe's for each componant, rather than .dll files.

Digital Blasphemy - A great source for high quality sci-fi wallpapers.

burnatonce - CD burning software with tons of features.
LSH - Very cool command line shell.  Supports command aliases and color text display.
Miranda - A nice small all-purpose instant messanger system.  All messaging functionalities are provided through plugins.
Proxomitron.info - One of the best web page filters I have found on the web.  Difficult to to get use to, but worth the effort.
Proxomitron Scripts - Regularly updated configuration scripts for Proxomotron.
@icon sushi - Minimal icon editor.  Can be used to convert .png files made in Photoshop to .ico files.
RegMagik - Give a feew nice extra features that regular regedit doesn't have.
TortoiseCVS - A CVS client that works exactly the way I want it to.
